Junior Community Manager*in / Social Media (all genders)

We cover the entire funnel and offer everything the social media heart desires – from strategy development, content creation, performance marketing, influencer relations, to 360-degree support of all social media platforms. Tasks

WHAT YOU DO WITH US

• You manage the social media communities of our clients and ensure an authentic, appreciative, and brand-appropriate exchange.
• You identify trends, sentiments, and relevant topics of conversation and proactively contribute your findings to the team.
• Together with your team, you develop proactive community measures and strengthen the bond between brand and community.
• You support client discussions and contribute your own ideas for the further development of our community strategies.
• You formulate creative, empathetic, and linguistically sound responses that make brands approachable.
• You create reports in Excel, PowerPoint, and our reporting tools, and derive initial recommendations for action.
• You support our social media team in day-to-day operations and develop yourself step by step.

Qualification

WHAT YOU BRING

• A completed degree or training in marketing, communication, media, or a comparable field.
• Initial practical experience in community management or social media.
• You have a good understanding of social media, platform logics, and digital communication.
• You recognize trends early and have a feel for what moves communities.
• You can formulate texts creatively, empathetically, and error-free.
• Data and insights help you to recognize connections and make decisions.
• You work in a structured manner, communicate openly, and enjoy taking responsibility.
• You are proficient in German and English, both written and spoken.
