Page Personnel The resource, following a training and mentoring process, will be responsible for: - Managing and developing the client portfolio in the Lombardy region (installers, technical studies, EPC, construction companies); - Offering technical consulting and support in choosing the most suitable solutions (photovoltaic systems, storage, off-grid solutions, etc.); - Monitoring the market and proposing commercial initiatives to strengthen the company's presence on the territory. - Bachelor's or master's degree in a technical field (preferably electrical, energy-related, or electronic); - Interest in the renewable energy sector and strong customer orientation; - Excellent relational skills, dynamism, and entrepreneurial spirit; - Availability to move around the regional territory; - A first experience in the role is desirable but not essential.
