Location: Wantage, Oxfordshire
Salary: Circa package £30,000 per annum
Package: Predominantly basic, with commission increasing as the role develops
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm (no weekends)
Own car required - business mileage paid

About the role

This is a full-time position based in Wantage, working across all aspects of commercial property agency and management. You'll support senior negotiators and the management team in marketing commercial properties, managing enquiries, and coordinating successful transactions.

This role would suit someone with a background in residential estate agency who has perhaps "dabbled" in commercial or mixed-use property and wants to take the next step.

Full training and ongoing support will be provided, giving you the confidence and knowledge to progress your career in the commercial sector.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with marketing and managing commercial property instructions
• Build relationships with clients, applicants, and local businesses
• Conduct viewings and prepare reports on opportunities
• Support the wider team with administrative and compliance duties
• Contribute to local market research and development initiatives

Qualifications and skills

• Some experience in estate agency or property sales
• A keen interest in developing expertise in commercial property
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Attention to detail and a professional approach
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
