You'll work across a broad mix of commercial property files including:
- Commercial and retail leasing transactions
- Sales and acquisitions of commercial properties
- Residential and mixed-use development projects
- Property due diligence and contract management
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years PAE in property or commercial law
- Strong ambition to progress into senior-level responsibilities
- Ability to learn fast, manage deadlines, and own your work
- High-level drafting, communication, and client interaction skills
- Proactive attitude and a desire to move up the ranks
- Direct access to senior lawyers and partners from day one
- Faster learning and progression than traditional large firms
- The opportunity to run files and meet clients early in your career
- Clear and supported pathway to senior and leadership roles
- Competitive remuneration: $90,000 to $110,000 + super (commensurate with experience)
