About the Position:
Our client is looking for a Junior Commercial Property Lawyer who is ready to take the next step in their legal journey. This is a rare opportunity to grow within a highly respected practice that places a strong emphasis on mentorship, quality client service, and career development.
You’ll work alongside experienced lawyers on a variety of property transactions including:
- Commercial leasing and acquisition
- Property development matters
- Subdivision and strata title issues
- Retail and industrial property sales
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years PAE with a focus on property or commercial law
- Proven ability to draft and review legal documents with precision
- Strong interest in developing a long-term career in property law
- Confident communicator with sound judgement and commercial awareness
- A team player with initiative and a desire to learn
- Mentorship from senior lawyers committed to your development
- Opportunity to manage files and contribute meaningfully from day one
- Exposure to a variety of complex and rewarding property matters
- Friendly and flexible working environment with genuine work-life balance
- Salary between $90,000 and $110,000 + super (commensurate with experience)
