What does 'Junior Coach' mean?
Our Junior Coaches coach and qualify new potential clients with the goal that they become permanent clients of Erschaffe dich neu. Our task is to understand their needs and give a first assessment whether our coaching is suitable for them. The initial contact is much more than just calling – it's one of our most important pillars for customer acquisition, where strategy and empathy are crucial.

What you will do as Junior Coach:

• First point of contact: You are responsible for processing, qualifying, and initial contact with new potential customers. This means:
  • Making the fastest possible contact with new interested parties by phone. Within 5 minutes.
  • Conducting at least 10 conversations per day (one conversation takes about 30-40 minutes).
• Independent decisions: You check independently whether a collaboration with the interested parties is feasible.
• People skills and empathy: You recognize the fears and objections of potential customers and resolve them empathetically in the first coaching session.

Employment type: Full-time employment

Salary: 15 euros gross per hour (plus unlimited commission)

Working hours: 40 hours weekly, Monday to Friday, availability also on weekends

100% Remote

Job requirements

Qualifications:

• You have at least 2 years of experience in the customer sector.

Required skills:

• Fast comprehension and high perseverance
• No fear of making decisions and taking risks
• You are very implementation-oriented
• You are strong in goal-directed conversation guidance
• Strong interest in learning best practices in the industry
• Readiness to work proactively and help others when needed
