Your Role: Architect for our digital workplace

Your job will be to manage our M365 cloud environment not only to administer it but to make it the motor of our daily work. You will shape the digital transformation actively and ensure that our teams can work safely and efficiently everywhere.

Tasks

• Cloud Infrastructure & Security: You manage our M365 environment with a focus on Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Management) and SharePoint Online.
• Process Automation: You recognize manual workflows and digitize them using Power Automate – you make our processes smart.
• Modern Support: As 1st and 2nd Level Support, you are the competent contact person for our cloud applications and hardware.
• Deployment: You set up modern workplaces and ensure that new colleagues can start working immediately using Autopilot/Intune.
• Network Monitoring: You monitor our (cloud) network infrastructure and ensure high availability.
• Global Collaboration: You work closely with our international teams together and align yourself on a global IT level to secure uniform standards worldwide.

Qualification

• Your Qualification: Successfully completed training as an IT specialist for system integration, a degree in computer science or a comparable qualification.
• Technology Focus: Funded affinity to the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and interest in administering modern cloud infrastructures (e.g. Azure, Intune, SharePoint).
• Internationality: Global acting in our IT network and cooperation with and within international teams.
• Your Method & Mindset: A structured working method and the ability to accompany complex business processes analytically as part of digital transformation.
• Communication: Connection of technical understanding with a high level of service orientation and acting as a competent contact person in a bilingual work environment (German/English).
