Role Mission

In the role of Client Manager, you will have the opportunity, together with the branch team, to gain experience in direct contact with the Institute's clients, in order to ensure the necessary assistance in carrying out all relevant operations and to effectively manage their needs.

You will also have the chance to directly learn about our range of banking products and services, supporting colleagues in achieving assigned qualitative and quantitative targets, and eventually, to manage a client portfolio independently. The role of Client Manager will represent the first step of your career path for subsequent growth into advisory roles.

Candidate Criteria

• Minimum required education level: Bachelor's degree (3 years)
• Required education: No preferred degree titles are specified. Both economics-quantitative degrees, as well as humanities or legal backgrounds, will be evaluated.
• Minimum required experience level: 0-2 years
• Personal characteristics:
  • Proactivity, empathy, ability to relate with clients and colleagues;
  • Precision and attention to work quality;
  • Ability to work at speed, discretion, professionalism;
  • Adaptability;
  • Propensity for commercial activities.
• Technical skills (desirable but not binding):
  • Knowledge of basic products (mortgages, loans, insurance, cards, …);
  • Mandatory training possibly already completed at another credit institution;
  • Regulatory sensitivity on Anti-Money Laundering and Transparency issues.
• Languages: English B1 and/or French B1
