As (Junior) Chief of Staff (w/m/d), you will act as a central interface directly alongside our COO and drive the continuous development of our Operating Models forward. With a comprehensive view, you shape our next growth phase decisively. You identify hidden potential between departments and in our processes and translate these into well-thought-out solutions with measurable impact.

You combine critical questioning of the status quo with technological curiosity (Vibe Coding & new tools), to create sustainable structures for our long-term success. Your Tasks

• Strategic Project Leadership & Execution: You are responsible for analyzing and operationalizing central management initiatives as well as independently identified performance levers.
• Schnittstellen-Optimierung & OKRs: You close gaps between units, support our OKR process, and ensure that priorities are clear and themes are consistently implemented.
• Data-Based Decision-Making Foundations: You create analyses, presentations, and business cases as a solid decision-making basis for the C-Level.
• Process Design & Scaling: You define, document, and improve our processes – always data-based and with a view to global growth.
• Tech-Enablement: You use Vibe Coding and new tools to eliminate manual processes and increase our efficiency.
• Change Management: You accompany the transformation of our structure and support teams in content and communication during changes.
