Descrição da vaga - Assist in integrating Cognigy.AI flows with RPA bots to create end-to-end automation journeys. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing automation scripts and Cognigy flows. Participate in process analysis and gather requirements for automation opportunities across departments. Contribute to the documentation of processes, technical specifications, and best practices.
