Tasks

• Responsibility for the performance of our portfolio on Amazon
• Systematic conversion optimization of product detail pages
• Analysis of customer feedback, reviews, questions & buying motives
• Engagement with products, symptoms, ingredients and applications
• Analysis of market, competition, reviews & performance data
• Derivation of clear optimization measures for content, structure & positioning
• Close cooperation with PPC, content and operations teams

Requirements

• Basic understanding of how users buy online and which factors influence conversion
• Initial experience in e-commerce (Amazon, webshop, D2C, agency, studies or projects)
• Confident handling of key figures and evaluations (e.g. conversion rate, shopping cart, clicks, sales)
• Routine in working with Excel or Google Sheets, e.g. filtering, simple evaluations, comparisons, deriving insights
• Motivation to familiarize yourself with products, customer feedback and new platforms (e.g. Amazon) in a data-driven way
