(Junior) Campaign Manager (m/f/d) – remote

The position is initially limited to one year. We value long-term cooperation, therefore a takeover into a permanent position is aimed for.

As a Campaign Manager, you are the heart of our customer projects: You combine creative marketing, strategic consulting, and operational excellence to perfectly showcase top brands and employers on our platform and social media. You will be responsible for the following focal points:

• End-to-end campaign management: You plan, manage, and execute advertising campaigns for our customers and agencies. You have everything firmly under control from the initial idea to the final implementation.
• Multichannel setup & operations: You implement campaigns in our own in-house tools and on social media in a timely manner and flexibly manage rebookings or cancellations.
• Employer branding & job board: You manage employer branding campaigns for our partners, create target-group-oriented job advertisements, and manage them precisely on our StudySmarter job board to optimally position employers with Gen Z.
• Creative workflows & design consulting: You advise our clients on visual design and target group communication, create mailings, and build appealing customer profiles.
• Sales interface & support: You work closely with the sales team, act as the interface to all sales-relevant areas, and actively support the further development of marketing and sales activities.
• Data-driven after-sales: You analyze campaign performance, create meaningful reports, and present the results convincingly to our clients.

• Background: Ideally, you have initial practical experience in online marketing, a (media) agency, HR marketing/employer branding, or a comparable field – motivated career changers are also very welcome!
• Communication skills: Fluent German and English skills as well as genuine enjoyment of direct, consulting-oriented customer contact.
• Organizational talent: Excellent time management, a structured way of working, and the ability to set the right priorities during dynamic phases.
• Brand awareness & customer focus: A trained eye for good design, creativity, and a deep understanding of the different B2B customer needs.
• Mindset: High self-motivation, the desire for personal development, and the passion to actively shape a rapidly growing EdTech company with the vision of "Better learning for everyone".
• Languages: You speak absolutely fluent German and can communicate well in English.
