The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing and assessing the sales team's interactions with customers, ensuring that all calls are handled professionally and efficiently. This includes monitoring call recordings, identifying areas for improvement, and providing feedback to the sales team. Additionally, the Quality Checker will be expected to maintain accurate records of their findings and recommendations.
