Position Objective The Junior Buyer will support the Indirect Purchasing function for REHAU Interior Solutions, managing the procurement of indirect materials, goods, and services. This includes but is not limited to: purchasing, inventory management, logistics, and supply chain coordination. Key Responsibilities • Manage and coordinate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and external partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services. • Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks in the procurement process. • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate prices, terms, and conditions that meet REHAU's needs. • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement procurement strategies that align with business objectives. • Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to procurement efficiency, cost savings, and supplier performance. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to continuously improve procurement processes and procedures. Benefits REHAU offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of €30,000 - €40,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
