Junior Buyer

MF Consultant – A specialized company in Head Hunting & Executive Search, Coaching & Mentoring, Training & Development and HR Solutions (Temporary Management, Outplacement and Performance Management) for a leading client company in the design and production of electrical panels, electronic devices and industrial automation systems on commission, is looking for a Junior Buyer to be inserted within the Purchasing Office at the Padova site. The figure will be formed internally and will work in support of the Senior Buyer in managing daily supplies, with increasing responsibilities also towards suppliers of electronic equipment, assembled boards (PCBA) and dedicated components. Activities expected - Insertion and updating of purchase orders on ERP. - Support in collecting needs from Production, Project Manager and Technical Office. - Requests for quotes to suppliers and preventive comparisons. - Operational management of suppliers of electrical materials, components, and electronic devices. - Urgent deliveries, management of delays and monitoring of order progress. - Procurement of electronic components destined for the production of boards and devices. - Support in managing non-conformities and returns to supplier. - Constant alignment with Warehouse and Logistics on arrivals, priorities, and material criticality. - Administrative and documentary activities related to the procurement cycle. Requirements - Technical diploma (electrical engineering, mechatronics, electronics, management) or equivalent. - Preferably minimum experience (even internships or 1-2 years) in purchases, supply chain, production or similar roles. - Interest in the electrical/electronic field and learning about procurement processes. - Basic knowledge of Excel and, preferably, ERP/MRP systems. - Precision, reliability, and ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously. - Disposition to teamwork and relationships with suppliers.
