Junior Buyer

Kasanova Spa, an Italian leader in the home product retail sector, is currently seeking a Buyer to join the Purchasing Department at the Headquarters in Arcore (MB).

Responsibilities:

Working alongside colleagues, the new hire will actively participate in the following activities:

• Develop and implement strategies for the assigned product category, in line with company objectives,
• Identify and select new suppliers, carefully evaluating aspects related to costs, quality, and reliability,
• Build and consolidate strategic relationships with suppliers,
• Monitor supplier performance and manage any disputes and critical issues,
• Actively collaborate with internal teams to understand product needs and precisely plan requirements.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the role of 1-3 years;
• Experience in the textile/homeware product category;
• Diploma or Degree in economic, scientific, or similar disciplines;
• Excellent knowledge of the Office Suite, particularly Excel;
• Excellent command of the English language;
• Knowledge of the Chinese language will be considered a plus;
• Available for business trips;
• Own car;
• Excellent interpersonal skills with various company stakeholders, flexibility, stress management skills, and proactivity.

What we offer:

• Initial fixed-term contract of 6/12 months or full-time apprenticeship of 40 hours;
• Applicable National Collective Labour Agreement for Modern Organized Distribution, 14 monthly payments;
• Annual salary range from €25,000 - €32,000;
• Meal vouchers worth €5.00 upon successful completion of the trial period;

Working hours: 09:00-13:00, 14:00-18:00, Monday to Friday.
