Junior Business Intelligence Analyst - Industry Insights

A team of Industry Insights at NIQ is responsible for developing data analyses and presentations that deepen perspectives on market scenarios, offering valuable insights and recommendations to our clients for the development and optimization of their results.

We are looking for a Junior Business Intelligence Analyst (Jr. Account Executive) to join our Industry Insights team. The Jr. Account Executive manages analytical deliveries for small and medium-sized accounts, as well as supports the team in developing presentations and market analyses for high-profile clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop analyses according to client briefings, using internal NIQ tools, and knowing the client's history (categories, brands, performance, etc.)
• Update routine presentations, preparing overviews and business issues, receiving guidance on more strategic cases, as well as suggesting and developing measurement exercises
• Maintain customer requests according to agreed-upon deadlines and quality levels, redirecting internal demands outside the scope, and providing visibility to internal managers and partners about critical topics (questions, requests, etc.)
• Support and track low- to medium-complexity analytical issues (e.g., reviews, validations, issues)
• Conduct training sessions with clients, as well as direct them on the correct process for submitting requests
