The Role

As (Junior) Business Intelligence Analyst (all genders) at Homaris, you turn data into real decision-making foundations: You analyze the economic development of our business areas, build and maintain Power-BI dashboards, and develop our unit economics view on an object level further. You work directly with the CFO and receive genuine scope for action – with a clear development path towards independent controlling responsibility.

Your Tasks

• You create and interpret Soll-Ist-Vergleiche and work out where and why we deviate from budget and forecast planning – not just the number, but the driver behind it.
• You prepare strategic questions for individual business areas and objects and deliver decision-making foundations for management.
• You build and maintain Power-BI dashboards that carry our management reporting – from data modeling to visualization.
• You develop our unit economics view on an object level further and make profitability per location transparent.
• You work yourself into LucaNet and become a second competent point of contact for our planning and reporting data basis.

Your Profile

• You bring first-hand experience in controlling, FP&A, or financial/data analytics – ideally one to three years, or even as a strong career start.
• You have very good Power-BI knowledge including DAX and data modeling, as well as a secure handling of Excel.
• You think analytically: You recognize patterns, question numbers, and draw independent conclusions.
• You are willing to get familiar with LucaNet – prior knowledge is a plus, but no requirement.
• You work independently and structured and have the claim to explore data yourself, rather than waiting for assistance.
• You communicate fluently in German (native language or equivalent level) and have good English skills (at least B2).
• You are curious about the possibilities of artificial intelligence and open to new digital solutions.
