Your Role

As Junior Business Automation Manager (m/w/d), you will take on a central role in the further development of our automation and KI initiatives. You will work at the interface between business, IT, and external partners and shape efficient, data-driven processes.

Your Tasks

Automation & KI Projects

• Building and continuous development of automation strategies with a focus on KI-based processes
• Steering and implementation of automation and KI projects in the operational environment (e.g., Support, Operations, internal tools)
• Schnittstellenmanagement between internal departments, IT, and external technology providers
• Evaluation, testing, and continuous improvement of KI and automation solutions

Your Profile

Academic Qualifications

• Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration or a comparable field
• Experience in the area of process automation, business operations, or project management
• Knowledge of using automation tools (e.g., n8n), BI tools, or KI applications
• Good programming skills (e.g., Python, JavaScript) an advantage
• Experience in dealing with data analyses, KPI systems, and reporting

Methological & Personal Competences

• Outstanding analytical and structured thinking
• Able to understand complex processes and optimize them sustainably
• Communication strength and experience in collaboration with various stakeholders
• Self-reliant, solution-oriented, and reliable working style
• High affinity for innovations and new technologies

Languages

• Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking
