YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a person to be hired as a Junior Business Analyst at Kirey Advisory for management consulting activities in the banking sector. Kirey Advisory is a management consulting boutique, part of the Kirey group, which combines business vision, a data-driven approach, and strong execution capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Participation in consulting projects through analysis and support in drafting project deliverables (PowerPoint/Excel/Word)

• Participation in meetings with internal Working Groups and Clients, and shadowing senior resources

• Analysis and mapping of processes, and definition of organizational models in the banking sector

• Project management activities for national and international business/technological initiatives

• Support for internal activities, such as: business cases and scenario analysis, benchmarking, editorial production on specific topics, event participation, etc.

• Participation in continuous research and development activities in line with major market trends, such as: key innovative technologies/platforms present on the market (fintech, enterprise, etc.) applicable to the Finance context (e.g., Generative AI, robotics, Machine Learning, etc.)

Requirements

• Studies in Economics, Management Engineering, Management, STEM
• Knowledge of the banking sector, even if general (main players, products, services)
• English language required, French a plus
• Interest in organizational topics, sizing and process analysis, project management, technologies and IT tools/systems
• Availability for business trips to clients, both in Italy and abroad.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The ideal candidate comes from a person with 1 to 3 years of experience, preferably in consulting firms.

Crucial factors are: the willingness to get involved and join a boutique reality where one can make a difference and have a greater impact compared to larger contexts, and the availability to work at client sites as well as to travel in Italy and abroad.

WHAT WE OFFER

The proposed remuneration includes an annual gross salary between €25,000 and €35,000, commensurate with skills and experience gained.
