To steer the growth of our company group and drive it forward, we are looking for a dedicated Business Analyst (m/w/d) in our Finance Team at short notice.

Function and Responsibilities

• Business Analytics: You analyze the financial and operational development of our companies, identify optimization potential, and create transparency over the key business developments.
• Forecasting & Planning: You are responsible for the rolling forecast based on current business development and contribute to a well-founded corporate governance.
• Business Partnering: You function as a sparring partner for the CEOs of our subsidiary companies and support them in business-related questions and decisions.
• Management Reporting: You create ad hoc analyses and decision-making templates for management and investors, and derive from these fund-based recommendations.
• Digitalization & AI: You drive the further development of our finance systems and processes forward and set modern technologies and AI-based approaches in motion to continuously improve analyses and workflows.

Skills and Experience

• Fundamental Education: Successfully completed studies and first professional experience.
• Software Competence: Secure handling of MS Excel and PowerPoint, as well as enthusiasm for analyzing data and preparing it in the form of informative presentations.
• Analytical Skills: Well-developed analytical thinking, a good sense of connections, and an eye for details as well as the big picture.
• Personal Responsibility: High initiative, solution-oriented mindset, and sense of responsibility with the claim to drive topics forward independently and deliver results.
• Appearance & Resilience: Communicative strength and down-to-earth appearance, hands-on mentality, and resilience in a dynamic working environment.
