Junior Business Analyst

DentalPro is the largest Italian dental group with over 280 owned dental centers throughout Italy.

Position

For the Data Management & Business Intelligence department, we are looking for a Junior Business Analyst

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

· Data extraction for analysis and monitoring of business KPIs

- Preparation of periodic reporting packs to guide management and shareholders in decision-making

- Support for the release of directional dashboards

- Introduction of AI and LLM models to support data management & business analysis

- Development of business analysis & BI automations and their related visualizations

- Monitoring of head office department performance & other identified KPIs

- Business intelligence & data science analysis, support for CRM (HubSpot)

- Optimization and development of software and data management tools aimed at improving the quality of data, datasets, and the automation of BI calculations

- Budgeting activities and related monitoring

Requirements

• 1/2 years of experience in the role of controller or business analyst
• Degree in Economics or Management Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics
• Excellent knowledge of the Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, Access
• Excellent analytical skills
• Preferred requirements: knowledge of Python, LLM Systems (particularly Claude), Power BI, HTML development, HubSpot
• Proactivity and good interpersonal and organizational skills complete the profile
• Ready to accept challenges towards a new BI; AI/LLM supported, fast, based on data quality and availability, transformed into the ability to automate and visualize outputs.

Other information

Working hours: Full time 40 hours, Monday to Friday

Work mode: Hybrid - 2 days of Smart Working after an initial period of in-person training

Expected employment (RAL): CCNL Commercio 25,000-28,000 + variable + meal vouchers

Work location: Milan, Bande Nere area
