(Junior) Berater:in - Informationssicherheit für den Mittelstand

We are looking for an experienced developer as a reinforcement for our consulting team in the field of information security for small and medium-sized enterprises.

We analyze the current state of their information management system (ISMS) and support them in setting up their ISMS to achieve the desired certification (TISAX, ISO 27001 or NIS-2). In addition, we offer various other services such as auditing, pentesting or e-learning.

As a (Junior) Berater:in, you will join our team of senior consultants and grow into independent project leadership through shadowing, supporting activities, and further training.

Aufgaben

During the onboarding phase:

• Shadowing experienced consultants during their customer projects
• Support for consultants in ISMS projects, e.g. coordination or evaluation of interview notes and documentation

After the onboarding phase:

• Interviews with customers regarding their ISMS to define the maturity level of their ISMS
• Evaluation, planning, setup, and further development of customer ISMS
• Development and coordination of action fields for customers
• Review, evaluation, and improvement of customer documentation
• Time-based coordination of customer projects
• Ongoing improvement of external and internal processes
• Conducting internal and external audits
• Up to 40% willingness to travel for on-site audits within Germany

Your (rough) roadmap:

• Onboarding (~6 months): You are actively involved from day one! You learn about us and our processes, support customer projects as a supporter, and get to know what's important in ISMS consulting.
