We primarily perform our services at our location in Moers, with the possibility of mobile working being generally available.

Tasks

As a Junior Consultant (m/w/d), you will be the first point of contact for our commercial customers. You will organize energy procurement, answer questions about it, and support them in optimizing their energy costs. Through your good relationship with your customers, you will independently recognize which additional measures we can support our customers with. Hereby, you will be supported by our internal experts. You want to achieve more than just completing tasks. You want to offer your customers added value so that they feel well-advised and appreciate the expertise.

Qualification

• You have initial experience in telephone consulting with customers.

• It is easy for you to build relationships with customers and solidify them.

• You have a good command of written and spoken language.

• You are familiar with Office products, especially Excel.

• Your work style is characterized by special care and a high level of self-responsibility.

• You enjoy working with numbers and possess analytical skills.

• A degree in economics is advantageous.
