Junior Consultant / Advisor (m/f/d) in Strategic Corporate Consulting for Asset-Intensive Companies

Tasks

• You advise our clients from asset-intensive industries (e.g., water or energy network operators) on strategic and organizational issues and find creative solutions for complex topics together with your team. The focus is on applying classical methods of strategy consulting in technical areas.
• You take responsibility for projects from the start and are part of the team throughout all project phases.
• You conduct research, structure complex problem fields, analyze relevant data, and derive recommendations (benchmarking, deviation analysis, SWOT analysis, etc.).
• You support project leadership in conducting workshops (on-site or remote), communicate with stakeholders at all levels, and participate in all project meetings.
• You drive internal projects forward with your creative ideas and help with company-wide knowledge building.

Qualification

• You have an above-average degree (Bachelor or Master) in a business-oriented or technical field (e.g., business administration, economics, psychology, civil engineering, energy and process engineering, etc.).
• You were able to gain first practical experiences in consulting or project work during internships or student assistantships.
• Analytical and conceptual skills as well as strategic, pragmatic, and entrepreneurial thinking characterize you.
• You are communicatively strong and have very good German and English language skills.
• You are travel-ready to advise our clients on-site.
