We are currently seeking a full-time Site Manager (m/w/d) for our location in Nuremberg.

Tasks

What can you expect?

• Renovation of medium to large residential buildings
• Preparation of construction schedules
• Monitoring and implementation of construction projects
• Workforce allocation
• Documented entries in the construction logbook
• Error correction
• Control of construction site results
• Organization and administration of individual construction sites and building materials

Qualification

What should you bring?

• Completed studies in the field of construction, real estate or architecture, or comparable training in a relevant professional field
• Experience in the field of residential construction (renovation and renovation)
• Good knowledge of technology
• Very good knowledge of current IT applications and willingness to learn new business-relevant software
