Your tasks in our team:

• Professional and timely execution of our construction sites in civil engineering and road construction
• Economical organization and management of construction sites on-site, including coordination of personnel deployment, equipment deployment, and coordination of all trades and subcontractors
• Material planning
• Ensuring the implementation of occupational safety, environmental protection, and health protection
• Participation in the acceptance of construction services, defect identification, and documentation of acceptance
• Cost determination and control, performance recording, invoicing, invoice control
• Competent contact person for our clients, authorities, and employees
• Supervision and control of the construction site

What you should bring:

• Completed degree in Civil Engineering (Bachelor/Master), ideally with a
• specialization in civil engineering and road construction, transport route construction, or comparable
• Entrepreneurial thinking and technical understanding
• Initiative and sense of responsibility
• Organizational skills, reliability, and flexibility
• Strong communication skills and teamwork ability
