You have successfully completed your studies in civil engineering or traffic engineering and bring first-hand experience in projects related to road infrastructure, such as highways and bike paths? Additionally, you could already collect fundamental experience with CAD programs and have a structured and reliable work style? Then we are looking for you as (Junior) Civil Engineer (m/w/d) in project planning at the earliest possible time. As part of your activities, you will be involved in technical project planning, prepare calculations for inner-city and outer-city roads according to national guidelines, and take over the technical processing of projects together with specialist planners and other stakeholders. You will also actively shape the workflows within the planning team.

Tasks

• In the context of your activities, you will be involved in technical project planning and develop suitable concepts for each project
• You will prepare calculations for inner-city and outer-city roads according to applicable national guidelines
• Together with specialist planners, construction coordinators, and other project stakeholders, you will take over the technical processing and plan individual project phases
• In addition, you will actively participate in the further development and optimization of workflows within the planning team

Qualification

• A completed degree in civil engineering or traffic engineering or equivalent
• First-hand experience in DIN-EC compliant projects related to road infrastructure, such as highways or bike paths
• A secure handling of CAD programs for road planning, preferably VESTRA on Civil 3D, CARD-1 or ProVI
• Fundamental knowledge with AVA programs for cost estimation, preparation of performance schedules and tendering (e.g. RIB iTWO) desirable
• Solid German language skills in writing and speaking
• Pleasure working in a team and a structured work style
