About the role You will manage a diverse mix of compliance tasks while gradually moving into high-level advisory work. This position focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met. Key responsibilities include: • Managing a diverse portfolio of clients, including those in the agriculture, construction, and manufacturing sectors; • Providing high-quality accounting services, including financial statement preparation, budgeting, and forecasting; • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients through regular communication and proactive service delivery; • Collaborating with other team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve business objectives; • Staying up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and applying this knowledge to provide expert advice to clients.
