In the position of Junior Backoffice Assistant, you will act on the SO/OPM-SBO3-BR team, with the mission to provide support to customers seeking quick and effective solutions for customer demands, meeting the established deadlines.

Main responsibilities:

• Seeking quick and effective solutions for customer demands, meeting the established deadlines.
• Maintain an updated interaction history in C4C - detailed and precise information;
• Interact with internal areas (post-sales, technical areas) to ensure the best solution for the customer;
• Fully accompany the service cycle, from opening to closing, ensuring transparent and accurate communication;
• Use problem-solving methods for complex cases, maintaining clarity and assertiveness in communications;
• This is a presential job for Joinville;
• This is a 5x2 (Monday to Friday) job.
