We’re Hiring | Junior Backend Developer Location: Gurgaon (Gurugram) Experience: 1 to 3 yrs Company: SBNRI SBNRI is on a mission to simplify financial life for NRIs worldwide. We’re looking for a Junior Backend Developer from a Tier 1,2 engineering college to join our fast-growing fintech startup and build scalable backend systems. Strong backend engineering in Python (designing services, APIs, and data pipelines) Database design and data modeling (SQL NoSQL) with clear tradeoffs Proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines. Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail. Strong understanding of software development life cycles, including Agile methodologies. Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new technologies, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with cloud-based services (AWS) and containerization (Docker) is a plus.
