Junior B2B Sales Manager

Blocaro is an innovative SaaS platform for modern document management.

We enable granular right assignment within individual documents - so companies can precisely control who can edit, move or release specific areas.

Our goal: More control, fewer errors, clear processes.

To expand into the German B2B market, we are looking for our first sales representative.

Tasks

• Identification and active approach to potential business customers
• Conducting structured outbound campaigns (phone, email, LinkedIn)
• Presentation and demo of our solution to decision-makers
• Self-initiated handling and negotiation of B2B contracts
• Creation and tracking of offers
• Closing of B2B contracts
• Maintenance and self-managed management of your pipeline in CRM
• Participation in building a scalable sales structure

Qualification

• Fluent German language skills
• Confident appearance on the phone and in presentations
• High self-motivation and clear goal orientation
• Structured, result-oriented work approach
• First experience in B2B sales advantageous
• Entrepreneurial thinking and sense of responsibility
