We are looking for an (Junior) Associate to the CEO – Strategy & Growth (m/w/d) at our location in Schönefeld (near Berlin) as soon as possible.

(Junior) Associate to the CEO – Strategy & Growth (m/w/d)

To support the CEO, we are looking for ambitious individuals with strong numerical understanding and first professional experience who want to actively accompany entrepreneurial growth. The position offers deep insights into strategic decision-making processes, market and business development, as well as central projects and provides a clear perspective for the next career step.

Your Tasks

• Supporting the CEO in strategic questions around growth, new markets, and business potential
• Conducting market, competition, and economic analyses
• Ppreparing business cases, presentations, and decision-making grounds
• Collaborating on company-wide projects
• Closely working with Operations, Business Development, Finance, and other stakeholders

What You Bring

• A completed degree or about to be (BWL, VWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Ingenieurwissenschaften o. Ä.)
• First practical experience (practicum, work study, or entry-level job) in consulting, finance, start-up, corporate strategy, or a comparable environment
• Very good numerical understanding and developed analytical thinking
• A structured, independent working style, as well as high learning and performance readiness
• Safe handling of Excel and PowerPoint; additional tools are advantageous
