Junior Associate Director, Nexus, Portfolio Operations

Job Description Reporting to the Associate Director, Genesis, Portfolio Operations, this is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-growing organization in Financial Services. Reconcile, validate and book FOF trading activities in a timely and accurate manner. Review/book daily cash transactions of clients that are under the target operating model. Work collaboratively with Client Service team in the Hedge Fund trade execution process to create efficiencies and reduce processing time. Perform various tasks such as data analysis, reporting, and ad-hoc requests from Portfolio Managers. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders including Portfolio Managers, Risk Management, Compliance, and other teams. Provide exceptional customer service to clients by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes that impact the business. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements. Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
