(Junior) Asset Manager Immobilien / Fondsmanager (m/w/d)

The Trigon Unternehmensgruppe has been successfully developing, realizing, and managing residential and commercial properties as well as hotels in central city locations for decades. We manage around 4,000 residential units and 300 commercial units with parking spaces and ensure the long-term preservation of our property portfolio through our facility management and building technology.

To strengthen our engaged team, we are looking for a (Junior) Asset Manager Immobilien / Fondsmanager (m/w/d) at the earliest possible time. In this exciting position, you will be responsible for managing our closed-end real estate funds and actively shaping the success of our growing property portfolio.

Tasks

• Sole responsibility for managing multiple real estate fund companies
• Preservation and optimization of individual company assets as well as strategy development
• Implementation of large-scale refinancing transactions
• Development and implementation of renovation and modernization measures
• Independent conduct of board meetings and shareholder meetings
• Shareholder management
• Reporting to owners and internal departments
• Budget responsibility

Qualification

• A completed degree, e.g. in business administration (BWL), real estate or comparable
• First professional experience in asset management as well as knowledge of financing residential properties
• Experience in the area of rental and management of residential properties
• Knowledge of tax laws and experience in company law
• Knowledge of publicly funded social housing Berlin and the 2nd calculation ordinance
• A driver's license class B is desirable
