YOUR PROFILE Bachelor’s degree in marketing, design, project management, or a related field.​ Fluent English at min. C1 level. Proven experience in managing end-to-end process of artwork, printing and digital assets creation in a Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) environment​ 6 years of experience in artwork management, packaging, or project management within a CPG or FMCG environment with 4 years of experience leading a team of creative project managers and coordinators. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Strong understanding of print production processes, materials, and technologies. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Experience with artwork management systems and digital asset management (DAM) systems. Knowledge of relevant software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). RESPONSIBILITIES Managing end-to-end process of artwork creation from initial brief to final print. Developing and maintaining artwork and packaging guidelines and standards. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and production. Managing and mentoring a team of artwork coordinators. Ensuring all artwork meets quality standards, regulatory requirements, and brand guidelines. Reviewing and approving artwork proofs and packaging samples. Managing relationships with external vendors, such as printers and prepress houses. Tracking project budgets and timelines.
