Junior Artwork Project Specialist (FMCG products) @ Capgemini Polska Sp. z o.o.

YOUR PROFILE bachelor’s degree in marketing, design, project management, or a related field; proven experience in managing end-to-end process of artwork, printing, and digital assets creation in a Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) environment; 1,5 years of experience in artwork management, packaging, or project management; ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment across multiple functions (marketing, R&D, sourcing, design external agencies and operations); proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and experience with artwork creation using these tools; ability to work independently and as part of a team; excellent communication skills; fluency in English language; willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes; ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information; experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum) is an asset; knowledge of FMCG industry trends and regulations is an advantage.
