Tasks

What would your tasks be?

• You will support the coordination of our internal talents
• You will assist in the search for new cooperation partners, create new offers and process incoming inquiries
• You will work on your negotiation skills for contracts and price negotiations with providers and service providers (cooperation partners)
• You will support the Artist Managers with concepts and content formats for talents and help to realize them
• You will act as a point of contact between talents and our partners, plan their deployment and ensure their well-being
• You will identify and acquire potential new cooperation partners and future formats and shows

Qualification

This is what you bring with you:

• at least 1 year of experience in Influencer Marketing, Online Marketing, e.g. in a digital, social media or PR agency
• Interest and feel for the latest digital & consumer trends
• Confident use of all common social media networks and online communities
• Ideally, already experience in the implementation and/or conception of social media and influencer marketing campaigns
• High creativity and motivation
• Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken

Lionflence is a young company that specializes in online marketing and management. The headquarters are currently in Mülheim an der Ruhr, and Berlin has been part of it since August 2022.
