Tasks

What tasks would you have?

• You support the coordination of our internal talents
• You assist in the search for new cooperation partners, create new offers and process incoming inquiries
• You work on your negotiation skills in contracts as well as in price negotiations with providers and service providers (cooperation partners)
• You support the artist managers with concepts as well as content formats for talents and help to realize them
• You act as an interface between the talents and our partners, plan their deployment and ensure their well-being
• You identify and acquire potential new cooperation partners and future formats and programs

Qualification

What you bring to the table:

• at least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, online marketing e.g. in a digital, social media or PR agency
• Interest and a feel for the latest digital & consumer trends
• Confident handling of all common social media networks and online communities
• Ideally, experience in the implementation and/or conception of social media and influencer marketing campaigns
• High creativity and motivation
• Fluent German and English in spoken and written form

Lionflence is a young company that specializes in online marketing and management. Currently, the headquarters are in Mülheim an der Ruhr and Berlin has been added since August 2022.
