(Junior) Art Director (m/f/d)

And we develop everything they need for effective communication: social media campaigns, magazines, television commercials, and websites. From the strategic core idea to technical implementation. Preferably for the complex issues of our time.

Think, rethink, think through, think along, think big. Co-develop holistic design concepts. You can tell at a glance whether a social asset works or an image fits the headline. You give good ideas a sharper profile and optical refinement.

You never lose sight of the big picture in day-to-day business. Even when things get complicated.
You like contrasts. Tricky topics, clear implementation. Complex messages. And the big and small challenges of everyday life.

You have seen the inside of an agency for at least one and a half years and have looked around for typos, trends, and artworks. You can develop a strong visual concept from an idea and implement it independently. You move things. Sometimes in video. You work independently and have a keen sense not only for design but also curiosity for the structure behind it. After Effects is not new to you. You can do Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign anyway. And you know how to use AI meaningfully.
