Junior Art Director Social Media (m/f/d)

What's involved.

• You develop ideas and creative communication concepts and design social media campaigns that are memorable. And ideally go viral.
• You accompany campaigns from the shooting schedule to final implementation. You always pay attention to the look & feel of the clients and always strive for the best result.
• You conceptualize and accompany content productions and photo shoots for various digital channels.
• You work closely with our departments (Social Media Management, Conception, Production, etc.) to implement ideas.
• You have a worryingly high screen time, live and breathe social media, and always bring new ideas on how to visually design our clients' social media presence.
• You are eager to convince new clients and contribute your strengths in pitches.

• Professional experience as an Art Director / Designer, preferably in a creative agency.
• You have proven your skills for many different clients and industries. And are eager to bring your knowledge to us now.
• Initial experience in the implementation of content productions and shoots.
• A creative, unconventional, and surprising way of thinking. But always social-first.
• A passion for visual storytelling, creativity, and conceptual strength, as well as attention to detail.
• Independent way of working, but also enjoy working in a pack.
• The ability to keep your sense of humor even in stressful phases.
• A great desire to give your all in a creative and dynamic environment and to take our agency and clients to the next level.
