Our focus areas include brand strategy, communication design, corporate design, campaigns & advertising, event design & packaging. Currently, we are expanding our area for social media, campaigns, and motion graphics – and that's exactly why we're looking for you.

We are seeking a Junior Art Director (m/w/d) with a focus on campaign and social media, who will support our creative team in ongoing projects, bring in their own ideas, and develop their skills step by step in concept development, design, and art direction.

Tasks

+ You support the development of visual and conceptual ideas for campaigns – classic, digital, and social.
+ You work on communication concepts, campaign mechanics, key visuals, presentations, and pitches with and bring in your own ideas actively.
+ You design layouts, image worlds, social media assets, and presentations both freely and within existing brand and campaign guidelines.
+ You think about social media from the start: from attention-grabbing motifs to content ideas to formats that work on different channels.
+ You support the development and further development of brand appearances, campaign looks, and visual systems.
+ You work closely with strategy, creation, concept, and project management together.
+ You translate creative direction into high-quality design and develop your designs in exchange with experienced colleagues further.
+ You take responsibility for your own tasks and smaller sub-projects and actively participate in creative processes.

Qualification

+ You have a good sense of design, typography, image language, and visual systems.
+ You have first professional experience in an agency, design studio, or comparable creative environment – for example through a fixed-term employment, internships, or free projects.
+ You are interested in concept development, idea generation, and collaborative creativity – not just in the pure implementation.
+ You are interested in campaigns, digital communication, and social media and want to develop your knowledge in these areas further.
+ You bring a convincing portfolio that shows design quality, conceptual thinking, and potential for development.
+ You are confident in handling the Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
+ You work structured, reliable, and enjoy working in a team.
+ You are open to feedback, eager to learn, and want to develop your design skills further.
+ You have very good German language skills, at least C1; English language skills are an advantage.
