Responsibilities

You enjoy complexity. Whether it's a life-changing medical product, a high-quality battery system, or an entire corporate brand – you dive deep into topics before you design, only to then let your creativity run wild. Sounds like you? Then you're exactly in the right place. Because for our creative department, we are looking for a Junior Art Director starting immediately, who combines craftsmanship and concept. In the team, you will support integrated campaigns, guard CIs, contribute ideas, build presentations, and layout across print and digital. And you will learn specifically from experienced colleagues. Media? From trade show appearances to social assets to animated explainers. Way of working? Creative, committed, eager to learn. Qualifications

• A completed degree in design or a comparable qualification.

• Initial professional experience (at least one year) in an agency or agency-related environment.

• Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.

• Excellent German and English language skills.

• Initial experience with moving images and animation is a plus, not a requirement.

• You see typography, layout, color, and visual language as craftsmanship, not a matter of taste. You can conceptually derive and justify your design decisions.

• You know what makes a layout work in print, on the web, and in a social feed – color spaces, formats, and production requirements are not new to you.

• You are confident working with AI tools and can assess for yourself when an outcome is effective and when it was just fast.

• You have initial experience in client contact and create presentations with high standards. In B2B communication, the presentation is often the product, not the packaging.

• You take responsibility for your tasks, seek support when you need it, and notify others in good time if something isn't working out.

• Complex issues and content that requires explanation fascinate you. You immerse yourself in topics, products, and target groups before you design.
