Then you're the perfect reinforcement for our creative team! You shape the visual language of our five brands actively.

The focus is on Johnny Urban, but the other brands also have enormous potential waiting to be unleashed by you.

Tasks

• Idea Development: You develop creative concepts and visual guidelines for our social media channels and digital advertising campaigns.
• Design & Implementation: From concept to final graphics – you design and implement social ads, banners, newsletter graphics, animations, and other visual content that excites our target audience.
• Marketplace Graphics: You support the creation of appealing graphics for our marketplace listings, particularly on Amazon, as well as for our online shops.
• Newsletter Design: You help design appealing and effective newsletter graphics that excite our customers and encourage them to click.
• Ai Integration: You have first-hand experience and enjoy using AI tools to support graphic design and optimization – and are eager to explore further.
• Image and Video Editing: You edit (moving) image material from photo and video shoots.
• Production Accompaniment: You occasionally accompany photo and video productions and support planning and implementation.

Qualification

• Experience: You have 2-3 years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in an agency or creative department.
• Portfolio: You convince with a compelling portfolio featuring a clear focus on digital media, particularly social ads and campaigns.
• Skills: You are comfortable working with Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro. Knowledge of other Adobe Creative Cloud programs and experience in video editing is a plus.
• Passion: You have a strong sense of aesthetics, typography, and visual storytelling, as well as a high affinity for lifestyle themes and social media.
• Team Spirit: You are a communicative team player who enjoys conceptual work and has fun with operational implementation.
• Ai Affinity: You have first-hand experience with AI tools for graphic design and optimization and are open to exploring further and integrating them into your work.
