the task

• You create high-quality Static Creatives for various brands and industries (e.g. Single Images, Carousels, Thumbnails)
• You set different Ad-Formats & Visual Styles - with a focus on performance-driven designs for Paid Social
• You work in both the Agency- and ACS-teams: from clear briefings to independent concept development, everything is included
• You know how to use Visual Hooks, Layouts, and attention-grabbing Designs to directly address the target audience

• You have experience in Creative Design with a focus on Static Ads - ideally in the Paid Social environment (Meta, TikTok)
• Ideal would be if you already have Agency Experience gathered (Nice-to-have)
• You master the Adobe Programs (e.g. Photoshop) and ideally have first-hand experience with Ai-Tools (e.g. for image generation or support in the design process)
• You're interested in Paid Social & Creative Strategy and understand how good design affects performance
• You can handle both clear, detailed briefings and open assignments
• You can quickly adapt to different industries and target groups and develop suitable creatives for various customers
