Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation and refinement of architectural designs, drawings, and spatial layouts.
- Interpret and analyze project blueprints, technical specifications, and design documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with internal departments, external contractors, and design consultants.
- Participate in site visits, conduct inspections, and maintain accurate project documentation.
- Ensure all design outputs comply with applicable building codes, regulations, and quality standards.
RequirementsRequirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution (mandatory).
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in real estate or construction project environments.
- Solid grasp of architectural principles, construction methodologies, and design workflows.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp (preferred).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork abilities.
