At Insight, we are looking for an Analyst to join our growing Software Lifecycle Services (SLS) team in EMEA. The position has opportunities for growth and specialization in the future. The main functions are: * Support client success in the field of software asset management. * Work with industry-leading SAM tools from an operational perspective to help deliver license positions and a wide variety of related reports. * To analyze and process data provided by the client to perform the following: -Perform license reconciliation services. -Data quality assessments, for example, to support the processing of license entitlement records. -Review of license agreements, specifically obligations and usage rights that fall outside of default models or standard EULAs. * Manage internal and external client satisfaction, working towards a continuous high level of proactivity and engagement success. * Produce and maintain documentation to support the work performed. The role will involve close interaction with team members who may be located abroad. The role is a key part of Insight's SAM and licensing services provision, ranging from tool delivery and administration, license desk, reporting, and optimization services. There are career options depending on the candidate's skills and objectives, such as: * Moving into a license consulting or process governance role. * Expanding expertise and knowledge across software publishers. * Developing specific skills regarding SAM tools, contract analysis, and data analysis. What do we expect you to bring with you? * English: ability to communicate adequately in written and oral form. * Excel: knowledge/experience with spreadsheets, data analysis, and search skills. * Genuine interest in learning about software licensing or SAM tools, ideally with some knowledge of at least one software publisher, with a desire to further develop licensing knowledge and skills. * Desirable: degree in Law, Economics, or Business Administration (ADE).
