Junior Amazon Performance Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

eBazaaris is the leading Retail Media Agency specializing in Amazon and pharmacies. We support pharmaceutical manufacturers and brands in increasing their performance through data-driven marketing, effective Amazon Advertising strategies (DSP & Sponsored Ads) and smart Retail Media solutions. Tasks

• Planning, controlling, and optimizing Sponsored Ads and DSP campaigns on Amazon
• Using the Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) for data-driven campaign analysis
• Developing targeted performance strategies for our customers from the OTC- and NEM-field
• A/B-testing and continuous performance monitoring for conversion optimization
• Closely working with Account Management
• Supporting the further development of our Retail Media strategies on Amazon and pharmacies
• Preliminary preparation of reports and insights for customer reviews and internal strategy meetings

Qualification

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Performance Marketing, preferably with a focus on Amazon Advertising
• Familiarity with Amazon PPC and DSP
• Knowledge of E-Commerce- and Online-Marketing structures
• Analytical thinking and structured work approach
• Interest in data-driven marketing and digital trends
• Very good German language skills (native speaker level) and good English language skills
• Plus: Experience in an agency, pharmaceutical, or retail media environment
