Tasks

• Responsibility for the performance of our portfolio on Amazon
• Systematic conversion optimization of product detail pages
• Analysis of customer feedback, reviews, questions & purchase motivations
• Discussion of products, symptoms, ingredients and application cases
• Analysis of market, competition, reviews & performance data
• Drawing clear optimization measures for content, structure & positioning
• Tight cooperation with PPC-, Content- and Operations teams

Requirements

• Basic understanding of how users buy online and which factors influence conversion
• First experiences in e-Commerce (Amazon, Webshop, D2C, Agency, Study or projects)
• Safe handling with key figures and evaluations (e.g. Conversion Rate, Shopping Cart, Clicks, Revenue)
• Routine work with Excel or Google Sheets, e.g. filtering, simple evaluations, comparisons, deriving insights
• Motivation to integrate data-based into products, customer feedback and new platforms (e.g. Amazon)
