(Junior) AI Visual Creator:in - E-Commerce (m/f/d)

As a (Junior) AI Visual Creator:in – E-Commerce (m/f/d), you'll ensure that our products in the online shop and on our marketplaces look desirable. You'll combine the latest AI models with a strong visual understanding and an uncompromising demand for realism, quality, and detail.

For you, it's not just about generating images as quickly as possible. You understand what makes a good e-commerce image, how products are best staged, and what details determine whether a product looks high-quality.

Important: For the position, it is necessary to come to one of our offices (Mannheim, Hamburg, or Berlin) 1-2 times a week to take reference photos of the products.

Your Tasks

• Image Production: You will create high-quality product and model images for our online shops and marketplaces using the latest image generation models.
• Technology & Innovation: You'll stay up-to-date with new AI models, tools, and workflows and directly integrate relevant innovations into our processes.
• Quality Standard: You'll ensure a hyper-realistic look – natural skin, authentic materials, and realistic proportions in studio quality – and take responsibility for the final visual quality of your assets down to the last detail.
• Visual Consistency: You'll further develop our AI visuals and ensure a consistent visual language across products, categories, and launches.
• Conversion Focus: In addition to aesthetics, you'll also think about sales impact – which perspective, which details make a product desirable.
• Collaboration & Workflow: You'll work closely with internal stakeholders such as Product Development, Online Shop, and Marketplaces, ensuring the workflow from product to finished image runs smoothly. 
  
  

• AI Expertise: You have extensive experience with AI Image Generation, work confidently with tools like Higgsfield or other currently leading image generation models, and use tools like Canva and Photoshop for minor corrections. Furthermore, you are generally interested in AI and enjoy trying new things before everyone else does.
• Brand Understanding: You understand the difference between the brand vibes of our 4 brands (SNOCKS, OCEANSAPART, femtis & Les Lunes) and can confidently decide which model, mood, and visual language suits each brand.
• Visual Language & Eye for Detail: You have an exceptionally good eye for composition, styling, and details, and immediately recognize when the material, color, fit, logo, or proportions of a product are not displayed correctly.
• E-Commerce Understanding: You know that a beautiful image doesn't automatically make a good sales image, and you can think deeply about products and target groups.
• Experience: You ideally have experience with e-commerce production, fashion, content creation, or visual design, and may have even held the camera yourself.
• Work Style: You work independently and solution-oriented and are eager to learn new tools and processes.
• Quality Standard: You have high standards for yourself and at the same time the intuition for when an asset is truly finished.
• Language: You speak fluent German (C1-C2) to ensure smooth collaboration with key interfaces.
• Location: The position requires you to come to one of our offices (Mannheim, Hamburg, or Berlin) 1-2 times a week to take reference photos of the products.
